Selling first can reduce that financial exposure, but then we need to think carefully about timing so you aren’t left without a place to live. When the situation allows, I can work toward coordinating the sale and purchase so both homes close on the same day. It’s a balancing act, and closing dates can’t be guaranteed, but careful communication between the agents, lenders, title company, and everyone else involved can help keep both transactions moving.
