For a buyer, some of the important questions are: How much competition is there for the type of home being considered? Are similar homes selling at, above, or below asking price? How long are they taking to sell? Are sellers making concessions? The answers can be different depending on the price range and part of Tucson.

Sellers should look at similar information from the other side. Recent comparable sales matter, but so do the homes currently for sale because those are the properties competing for the same buyers. Showing activity, price reductions, condition, and recent contracts can give a seller a better picture of what buyers are responding to right now.
